How to use it

Frequently asked questions
Is the quote an invoice?
No. The document is a price quote and states 'This document is a price quote and is not an invoice.' When a sale is made, issue the invoice from your invoicing system.
How do I save it as a PDF?
The 'Save as PDF' button opens your browser's print dialog. Choose 'Save as PDF' (Chrome, Edge) or 'Microsoft Print to PDF' as the printer. Only the quote document is printed; menus and form fields are left out.
Are my details and logo uploaded to a server?
No. The logo is read only in your browser with FileReader. Your draft is kept only in your own browser's local storage so it survives a page refresh; use 'Clear draft' to delete it.
How does the discount affect VAT?
The discount rate is applied proportionally to all lines and VAT is calculated on the discounted amounts, so the VAT for each rate is correct when lines have different rates.
Can I create quotes in other currencies?
The tool shows amounts in Turkish lira (TRY) with tr-TR formatting. If you need multi-currency quotes or a system that manages the quote-order-invoice flow, I can build custom software for your business.
