Can integration be done without changing my ERP?

Yes, in most integrations I do not touch the ERP itself. I connect surrounding systems through the web services, APIs or permitted data transfer methods the ERP provides. I review which methods your ERP supports with you during discovery.

Which ERP and CRM systems do you work with?

Nebim, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce and similar ERP/CRM systems can be integrated as long as they provide an API or web service. I review your system's version and integration options and give you a clear roadmap.

How do you prevent data inconsistencies during integration?

First I decide which system is the source of truth for each type of data, for example stock in the ERP and customer communication in the CRM. Then I design field mappings, retry and error notification rules. Transfers are logged and failed records are reported to the responsible person. Before going live I validate with realistic data in a test environment.

Can my CRM be moved to an in-house system?

Yes, this is possible and requires a thorough analysis first. I decide with you which data will be moved, how relationships will be preserved and which processes will move to the new system, and plan the migration in phases.
