Power BI or a custom dashboard?

Power BI is a good tool for users who analyze quickly and build their own reports. If you want to present reports in an in-house portal with your own permission structure, or embed dashboards inside your business applications, a custom dashboard is a better fit. I help you decide based on your needs.

My data lives in different systems. Can it come together in one dashboard?

Yes. I combine data from your ERP, accounting, production and sales systems under one data model and present a shared view in the dashboards. I access data sources via API, database connections or file transfer. During discovery I decide with you how often each dataset is refreshed and who can see what.

Can reports be sent automatically?

Yes. Daily, weekly or monthly reports can be emailed automatically to the people you choose, and instant alerts can be generated when a critical threshold is crossed. Control reports and alarms can also be delivered via email, WhatsApp and SMS. Managers get the summary without even opening the dashboard.

Can I view dashboards on my phone?
