Camera Software

Make your security camera systems smart. Strengthen your security processes with NVR integration, live monitoring, motion detection, license plate recognition and image analysis. I build live camera viewing screens with per-user permissions through NVR integration. I connect cameras to your existing user and permission structure so you can centrally manage who sees which camera, and for image processing work I start with a small pilot to see how the method performs in your environment. As a freelance software developer in İzmir, Türkiye, I serve businesses in İzmir and the surrounding region online, with regular interim deliveries.

Features

  • NVR/DVR integration
  • Live camera monitoring

How I work

  1. 1Discovery: I review your camera and NVR setup and user needs
  2. 2Compatibility test: I verify protocol and video stream support on your devices
  3. 3Development: I build monitoring screens, permissions and analysis modules
  4. 4Pilot and rollout: I test with selected cameras, then roll out
  5. 5Support: I handle new cameras and improvements with you

Frequently asked questions

Are my existing cameras and NVR compatible with the software?

Most IP cameras and NVRs support standard protocols such as RTSP and ONVIF, in which case integration is possible without buying new hardware. To confirm compatibility, I review device makes and models during discovery and run a small connection test if needed. For non-standard devices I evaluate the SDK or API options offered by the manufacturer.

Can I control who sees which camera?

Yes. I build live camera viewing screens that work with per-user permissions. Each user only sees the cameras they are authorized for, and permissions are granted and revoked centrally. If your organization has a single sign-on (SSO) infrastructure, I connect the camera screens to it so there is no separate password management.

Is plate or face recognition compliant with data protection law?

Plates and face images are personal data, and face recognition involves biometric data, so the legal basis, privacy notices and retention periods must be planned from the start. On the software side I implement technical measures such as access permissions, activity logs and automatic deletion. I recommend that the legal assessment be done together with your data protection adviser or legal team.

Will image processing be useful for my business?

Image processing works well for repetitive, clearly defined tasks such as counting, presence checks, plate reading or visual inspection in production. Because results depend on camera angle, lighting and the product itself, I suggest starting with a small pilot and then defining the scope with you.
