Barcode/QR Systems

Digitize your inventory management with barcode and QR code technologies. I develop warehouse entry/exit tracking, stock counting, product traceability and labeling systems. I build web-based warehouse software managing stock, counts, requirement lists and deadlines with QR scanning via the phone camera, mobile field apps using barcode/QR and OCR at goods receipt and production control steps, and ZPL-based label printing software for Zebra printers. I connect the barcode system to your ERP or inventory software so data flows from a single source. As a freelance software developer in İzmir, Türkiye, I work online with businesses in İzmir and the surrounding region, with no intermediaries between you and the developer.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a handheld terminal, or is a phone enough?

For low and medium volumes, scanning QR codes and barcodes with a phone camera is often enough; web-based warehouse software can read QR codes with the camera. In warehouses with heavy scanning or harsh conditions, rugged handheld terminals are more efficient. During discovery I help you decide which option suits your volume.

Can I print labels with my Zebra printer?

Yes. I prepare label templates in ZPL for Zebra printers and let your software print directly. Information such as product, batch and expiry date is printed on the label automatically, and the barcode or QR code is matched to the record in the system. For printers from other brands, I evaluate the methods the manufacturer provides.

Will the barcode system connect to my ERP or inventory software?

Yes; the real value of a barcode system comes from never re-entering data by hand. Scanned records are transferred to your ERP or inventory software via API, web service or database. I clarify the integration points during discovery.

Should I use barcodes or QR codes?

If you only need to carry a product or stock code, a classic barcode is sufficient and widely used. If you need to carry more information such as batch number, expiry date or a link, read easily with a phone camera, or fit into a small space, QR codes have the edge. I help you decide, taking your supplier and customer standards into account.
